Oat-less Oatmeal


I like to eat this for breakfast when the weather cools down. It may be misleading to call this oatmeal but, for me, it has the same warm and comforting flavor.


  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • Handful of pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • Small handful of dried coconut
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon, to taste
  • Tiny squeeze of agave nectar (optional, I just use it to get things to stick together)


Step 1

Mix in a bowl and enjoy! Add a little coconut milk if you wish.
