- 2 kiwi fruits
- Juice from 1/4 of a lemon
- 3 tablespoon of coconut cream
Peel and slice the kiwi fruit.
In a bowl measure out 3 tablespoons of coconut cream and add the of fresh lemon juice. Blend well you can use a fork to do this.
Let it set in the fridge.
Sprinkle with some crushed almonds for a crunchy texture.
