Karen Poppen’s Super Alkaline Salsa2018-07-14
This is a delicious and refreshing salad.
- Peeled and seeded ripe avocado
- 1 cup seeded and chopped tomatoes
- Handful of cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or more olive oil to taste
- Sea salt to taste
Cut tomatoes crosswise and squeeze out seeds and juice.
Cut tomatoes and avocado into a medium dice.
Remove large stems from cilantro and chop.
Add to tomato and avocado mixture.
Season with lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt to taste. Serve immediately.
