Buckwheat Fruit Cookie




  • 5-6 sprouted buckwheat 1 cup raisins (soaked 6 hours) 3 cups of grapes


Step 1

1. Sprouted buckwheat (8 hours soak - rinse every 30 minutes first 2 hours, 24-35 hours to sprout) Blend for just 20 seconds or blend 50% of it and the rest use as is. 2. Blend everything and dry on the teflex sheet for 30-40 hours. You could use sprouted buckwheat without blending it at all, add some grapes or barriers and dry fruits. if you make the layer thin, the cookies are going to be crispy.
