2 cups of ripe papaya
3 small croissants with processed cheese (ate 1 and then 2 after an hour- immediately felt the bloating on the 1st one. 2nd and 3rd one was more pronounced bloating. I am getting in tune with my body's reaction to the food I eat.
2 french vanilla coffee
1/2 english cucumber
pizza ( really felt bloated).
1 1/2 cup of Asian salad mix-no dressing
Dinner: Thai food (shrimp soup, mango salad, chicken green curry, basil eggplant and 3/4 cup white rice)
