Gene's Success Journey
On October 12, 2013 I made the decision to take control of my health. I had recently gone to the doctor for a persistent cough. Since I have psoriatic arthritis, he gave me a TB test due to my compromise immune system from taking the drug Enbrel. That's when I decided I was going to do whatever it takes to get off the prescription drugs I was taking. I had recently met with someone I work with who told me about alkaline in diets. At that point I started doing research and finally came to Michael Murray and this website. I immediately stopped all sugar and caffeine products and dramatically increased my vegetable intake. Today I am started the course materials and will update this log weekly.
