I lost eight pounds the first week and four the second. That's a dozen pounds in nearly as many days. Although I am still quite a distance from doing this program "perfectly", by drinking the water, eating raw or lightly steamed veggies with olive, flax or coconut oil, raw almonds, beans, and a bit of fruit combined with a few good supplements and 20 to 30 minutes on a rebounder I have started to actually reverse some health concerns I've had for quite a while. I thought I had arthritis or fibromyalgia. My joints were inflamed and swollen. That is gone. Simply gone. One joint had been swollen, hot and painful for six months. It resolved in the first week. I have more energy and I sleep better. I'm sold on this. I can't wait to see what the next few months bring!
