I am constantly feeling the low energy throughout my day. This is bcoz I love eating meat. Actually I have tried changing to a more alkaline diet... but it didn't last long... one of the reason is bcoz I am not use to the tasteless food to increase the alkaline in my body.... food like eating vegan.
Any suggestion on how I can eat alkaline food that is tasty and any tips that I can make alkaline as my daily diet? Thx.
