I need some time to get used to eating raw vegies...meanwhile, I usually eat my vegies flash-boiled / steamed. Does anyone know if cooked this way, the vegies still considered alkaline?
I sometimes eat mock meat (cooked Chinese style). I'm not sure whether this is very acidic. Can anyone shed a light?
