Good to know we have active moderators and administrators here. I've come across some forums which have been laded with spam almost at every post. Not a good sight to look at I tell you.

Diet tips

Post by marks20 » Dec 31st, 09:55

In general, the diet involves eating certain fresh citrus and other low-sugar fruits, vegetables, tubers, nuts, and legumes and avoiding grains, dairy, meat, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and fungi. Such a diet is alleged to help to maintain the balance of the slight alkalinity (7.35-7.45) of blood without stressing the body's regulators of acid-base homeostasis

Hello, I am new here and do not quite know my way around

Post by Karin » Jan 6th, 10:20

I am 68 and since March this year, many of my joints show damage
from authoritis. I think this diet will help in reducing pain. It will
contribute to detox as well. I refuse to take meds and am quite a
bit in pain. Will report on my progress.
Thank you very much for this program and forum. What a great
thing the Internet can be.

The spamming issue is out of control. As a result of all the spammers, these forums are just a mess and almost useless to anyone who actually wants to use them for their intended purpose.

Below I've listed some recent spammers. They post one-liners that at first seem to be on-topic, but are actually only very loosely so, and it is evident that their primary purpose is to post their commercial link.

"King XII"

Is there any hope of getting this under control? If not, I need to go elsewhere for support for this diet.
