I have been doing well. Trying to stay away from temptation. Yesterday morning I felt more energy than I have felt in years though it didn't last all day. I am keeping up with the lemon and soda water everyday and trying to eat salads every meal with limited cooked food.
29th. I did lesson 1 last night. So today I made sure I drank lots of alkaline water.
I had my green drink with molasses for breakfast along with my detox tablets.
An apple for morning tea.
Mung bean sprout salad with a little broth soup for lunch.
Dinner I cheated and had a small portion of mung bean sprouts and a few spinach leaves with one piece of boiled taro, pumpkin and sweet potato.
I have noticed I am not so windy but after dinner I am a little more windy than I have been all day. It is my difficult time of the month and usually I suffer with a headache all day but today for the first time in years I do not have a headache. I have been using a natural progesterone cream for the past 2 weeks as well.
