I have finished setting up my success log and making an inventory of my kitchen, it now consists of 75% alkaline forming foods and 25% acid forming foods. Will continue studies of this program as well as keeping my daily intake of sugar calories 98 or below and all other counts (fiber, fat, protein, sodium, etc.) at the proper counts for a 1500 calorie diet.
I will weigh in weekly at my TOPS meeting with a starting weight of 230.5.
