If you feel that there needs to be some other categories added to the recipe database, don't be afraid to ask.

Would milk-shakes, or just general shakes, get anyone's fancy?

Carb Count

Post by Pamela J » Nov 18th, 01:00

I am diabetic and need the carb count for the recipes in order to use them. Is there some way this can be included?

Wrong entry in the Alkaline food chart

Post by Ayisha » May 24th, 12:27

Hi just a question on your site I went to the Alkaline food chart where you have some pictures of food with the ph colour of each, then you have another small slidebar on the right side taht you can also slide through the various sections without pictures, since I eat bananas it confused me the left side picture ph says the ripe banana is light blue in ph and the smaller slide bare on the right says that the ripe banana is red, similarly the unripe banana on the right is blue and the unripe banana is dark yellow. could you please clarify the true ph balance of the banana. Your site is great and it will be interesting to find out how it works, also I will try it out on my daughter who has adhd and I think there may be a connection with acidic foods. Thanks again

When the database pictues start coming in, I think you should be able to find them there.

But when that will happen is anyones guess. These things take time. Dont they?
