FRUIT IS GOOD FOR YOU SO WHY IS THERE LITTLE FRUIT IN THIS DIET. ZODEE

I usually have fruit first thing in a mornig like a smoothie, nothing wrong with it as long as you don't combine it with other foods. This is just the Hay diet rejigged. As long as you wait till your protein or carb meal has digested long enough you should be fine!
