Hi Fran I am a newbie here, and I am not sure if you are still active on the forums. I have Addisons Disease amongst other autoimmune issues. My naturopath has suggested I try this way of eating to help with my inflammation issues. Just wondering how you have found this WOL with your Addisons Disease?
