Hi..
Walking is the best exercise in all.. regarding the walking that comes your blood circulation bit normal then other also the legs mussels are really in working part.. So many other benefit are there...

Walking is considered as great method to be healthy. But you should at least walk 20-30 minutes a day. Also running and swimming has same effects as walking.

Walking helps you hike up your metabolism to higher levels, making you that much easier to burn off the excess fat from your entire body, to melt away the fat and the weigh.

walking is one of the best exercise. Walking exercise doesn't require any athletic ability. Everyone can doing this exercise easily. If you are looking for a weight loss then this is best for you. Its also boost your energy levels. Personally I believe walking is the best way to start off any new weight loss program as long as your doctor approves it!

You guys have no idea how helpful this thread is to me. My weight used to be around 120-125 lbs and it never went under nor beyond that until I graduated from college. I started to gain weight when I was looking for a job and it continued to gain up to now. My current weight is 180 lbs and because of physical issues I can't do much cardio. Thank you so much!

I think it is enough. Walking is the best and finest exercise if you are doing properly.
Walking, as an exercise, may sometimes cause cramps and sore muscles. Indulging in pre and post exercise warm up exercises has been shown to significantly reduce strains, sprains, and muscle soreness. It also increases flexibility and muscle tone.

Health is wealth. Yes walking is enough to loss the weight do regular exercise avoid lift and walk as you can and drink more water and take perfect food that help you in reducing your weight and it really work I had loss my weight by walking only.

I think that Walking and swimming is the best exercise for every one. This exercise is very helpful and interesting for every one. According to my knowledge i think that Walking is ideal for men and women who are currently above average weight and can benefit these people quite a bit.

Yes walking is enough for the weight loss you can loss weight by doing walking as exercise it help you to burn your fatness and loss the weight and there are numerous benefits of walking.
