Hi I'm Jacki, I've just had my first baking soda lemon drink! Interesting....!!!
My health conditions are present are: Low energy, tired, very dehydrated dry skin, dry hair, emotionally drained, sluggish, lacking in vitality, aware I have ongoing candida issues and eat too much sugar. My weight is not too bad.
What I have done about it so far: I have managed to exercise for nearly a year now, 30 mins a day, 6 days a week and have been drinking water with lemon squeezed into it every morning on an empty stomach following water with 30 x Hydrogen Peroxide drops (food grade). This has definitely improved my health and weight but I would like to go to the next level and improve my diet.
Top three conditions I would like to change: Energy levels, rid candida once and for all and get off the sugar cravings, overall sense of vitality and well-being (and self-discipline when it comes to eating junk/acidic food!) |
