| Hi i have just started the ph diet and would like some breakfast ideas. I used to eating cereal and soy milk in the mornings so any other advise would be great!! |

| I boil some quinoa so it becomes fluffy-till all the water is absorbed, then I add some Tahini milk-about a desert spoon of Tahini and half a cup of water blended (just mix it to your taste and consistency) My five year old loves this breakfast, he will even consume a glass of green juice just to have a hot bowl of Quinoa! |

Hello.
I am Jackbency and I think the most important meal of the day is breakfast . The food we take in at mornings keeps us running all day. So choose the best. Here are a list of items that can be taken:
1. Cereal - high in iron
2. fresh fruits - cosmetic values
3. hard boiled eggs
4. Sandwich
5.toast and peanut butter. _________________ vitamine d |
