Hey guys I need ur help. I have IBS and am lactose and gluten intollerant and prone 2 hypogylcemic attacks and also vegan.

So I was wondering if anyone has any gf and dairy free recipes it would mean the world 2 me if u could pm me with them. I am pulling my hair out tryin 2 find some good recipes. So If anyone has the time I would greatly appreciate it. Or 2 hear of anyone who is gf and vegan. thank u all so so much. Hugs 2 all xo
